Villa Anna

This is a classic single-family villa from the 1970s–1980s, with sober and well-proportioned volumes typical of that period in Versilia: solid reinforced concrete and brick structure, pitched roof with Marseille tiles, yellow plaster and dark brown/wood details that today feel a bit dated, but still give it a very recognizable “old-school Forte” character.

The attached images are an example of a restyling and are meant to show the house’s potential once renovated with a contemporary intervention.

The house develops over two above-ground floors for a total of about 160 m² and is set in a fenced garden of approximately 500 m², well planted with typical Mediterranean species of the area (maritime pines, oleanders, dwarf palms, pittosporum bushes, and laurel cherry or photinia hedges).
